[from Tokyo-Narita]　Get on the Narita-Express(NE'X,JR-Line) to terminate at Yokohama. and then transfer to the Negishi-line bound for Ofuna(or Isogo) train to Shin-Sugita. At this station get on the Seaside-line to Sangyo-Shinko-Centre and go down from exit no,2 to get there by 3 minutes walk.

[from Haneda]　The Keikyu-line on the Express(Kyuukou) and get off at Sugita . Walk around 10 minites to Shin-Sugita and get on the Seaside-line.
